Only in the showroom. We are a full service bar and lounge and you never need a ticket to hang out at the bar.

There is full table service inside the showroom. All other orders can be placed with the bartender.

If a show is cancelled then a full refund will be issued. If a show is rescheduled then tickets will transfer to the new show date with the option for a refund. Otherwise, there are no refunds and all sales are final.

Claude’s is located in a lower level that is accessible by a flight of stairs. Guests who need assistance are encouraged to email us at ada@claudescomedy.com so that we can provide the necessary accommodations. We want to make everyone’s visit as enjoyable and as comfortable as possible.

All shows are 21+ unless accompanied by an adult. Our early Open Mic shows (7pm) are all ages.

Public Transit – We are located right at the Ellsworth-Federal stop on the Broad Street Line.

The 4, 17, 27, 32, 45, 64 bus lines have stops nearby. Check septa.org for schedules.

Indego Bikes – There is a station located 1 block away at Broad St and Federal St. See rideindego.com for details.

Paid Parking – There is garage parking at Lincoln Square 2 blocks away – entrance on S. 15th Street between Washington Ave and Carpenter St.

Not unless the Surgeon General gets some new ideas. Smoking and vaping of any kind are not permitted in the building.

You are not permitted to bring in guns, knives, weapons, projectiles, or any other item that could be used to inflict harm. Replicas of any type of weapon are not permitted.
